As one of the EuroHockey Lisbon 2017 National Umpires, what do you expect of this tournament?
I am sure that we will see a good level of hockey and also good skills from the players.

Have you ever visited Portugal or Lisbon?
Yes, I have visited Portugal a few times. The first time, I visited a small village called Lamego. My best friend is from that city. I spent one month there and a few years latter I went to Lousada, this time was for hockey reasons. What I like about Portuguese people is that they are very open and friendly.

What are you hoping to find?
It will be my first time in Lisbon, I've heard a lot of good things about the city and the people. I will come in the future to discover the city and it’s history.
